Role Overview – Sportlux is hiring a Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for accomplished financial professionals with strong financial management expertise, sports and retail industry knowledge, and the ability to manage financial operations strategically, lead finance teams, oversee budgets, ensure compliance, provide financial guidance, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic sports luxury organization.

Financial Operations Management – You will manage financial operations by directing activities, overseeing processes, setting standards, and driving efficiency. You will oversee comprehensive financial functions supporting organizational objectives. You should manage financial operations strategically and professionally.

Finance Team Leadership – You will lead finance team by assigning responsibilities, providing direction, conducting reviews, and supporting professional development. You will build capable team, maintain standards, mentor staff, and foster collaborative culture. You should inspire confidence and develop team capabilities.

Team Supervision and Direction – You will supervise finance staff by monitoring work, providing guidance, addressing performance issues, and supporting excellence. You will ensure team meets standards and deadlines. You should supervise team effectively.

Staff Development and Training – You will develop staff by conducting training, supporting skill development, mentoring individuals, and building capability. You will enhance team expertise and performance. You should support team development.

Performance Management – You will manage performance by setting expectations, monitoring results, conducting reviews, and supporting improvement. You will maintain high performance standards. You should manage team performance.

Accounting Operations Oversight – You will oversee accounting operations by managing processes, ensuring accuracy, implementing controls, and driving efficiency. You will maintain strong accounting systems and accuracy. You should oversee accounting operations.
