Job Description
Financial Planning and Strategy: The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes. Responsibilities include creating long-term financial plans, aligning departmental budgets with overall business objectives, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across all business units.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: The role requires preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators. The Finance Manager will deliver detailed analysis to senior management, ensuring informed decisions that improve overall business performance and operational efficiency.
Cash Flow and Expenditure Management: Monitoring daily cash flow, controlling expenditures, and identifying cost optimization opportunities are key responsibilities. The Finance Manager will ensure liquidity management, maintain financial discipline, and support effective resource allocation across all departments.
Investment Evaluation and Recommendations: The Finance Manager will assess potential investments, perform risk evaluations, and provide data-driven recommendations. This includes conducting feasibility studies, analyzing ROI, and advising senior management on capital allocation to maximize organizational value.
Regulatory Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies is critical. The Finance Manager will maintain high financial governance standards, mitigate operational risks, and ensure all finance processes adhere to legal and corporate requirements.
Team Leadership and Development: The Finance Manager will lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role includes providing guidance on technical financial skills, processes, and professional growth opportunities for team members.
