Tawkeed Investments is looking for a commercially driven and analytically sharp Finance and Planning Executive to join its team in Dubai and play a key role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the group. As a diversified business group with operations across multiple sectors including healthcare, documentation, and business services in the UAE and India, Tawkeed Investments offers a dynamic environment for a finance professional who thrives on delivering insightful financial planning and management reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with three to five years of relevant finance experience who is ready to contribute to senior management decision-making and grow into a more senior business finance role.

In this role, you will prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections, and analyse financial performance by company, project, service, and location. You will prepare Budget versus Actual reports and investigate key variances, monitor receivables, payables, collections, and financial commitments, and identify revenue leakages, cost inefficiencies, and profitability improvement opportunities across the business. You will develop financial models and feasibility studies for new projects and investments, prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations, and present financial insights and recommendations directly to senior management. Coordinating with accountants, auditors, and tax consultants, supporting financial controls, approval processes, and compliance initiatives, and monitoring financial risks, liabilities, and emerging business concerns will also form part of your remit.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, an MBA in Finance, or a CA, CMA, or ACCA qualification at qualified or part-qualified level, and brings three to five years of relevant finance experience including a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in budgeting and forecasting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, variance and profitability analysis, financial modelling, and management reporting and presentations. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills, proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard tools, and experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP and accounting software are all required. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial insights to non-finance stakeholders are essential.
