MEP Systems Oversight – This position involves managing and monitoring high-end Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and long-term reliability. The engineer will implement structured preventive maintenance strategies, reduce system downtime, and ensure smooth coordination between technical teams and service providers.

Regulatory Compliance Management – The role demands strict adherence to UAE safety regulations, authority guidelines, and industry best practices. The engineer will be responsible for maintaining compliance documentation, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring all facilities operate within approved regulatory frameworks.

Facilities Service Excellence – The Facilities Management Engineer will deliver superior FM services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This includes managing client expectations, resolving operational issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and asset functionality.
