Opportunity Overview: Vanguard Logistics, a global leader in LCL consolidation, is expanding its team in Dubai and is currently hiring for the role of Executive – Pricing (LCL Consolidation). Role Purpose: The Pricing Executive will be responsible for analyzing and determining competitive pricing strategies for LCL shipments while maintaining profitability and service quality. This position is integral to driving customer satisfaction, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting business development efforts through accurate and timely pricing.

Key Responsibilities: You will manage rate inquiries, evaluate costs, and collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to formulate accurate quotations. The successful candidate will monitor market trends and competitor rates and contribute to internal reporting and analysis of pricing efficiency and success metrics.

Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry, specifically in LCL (Less-than-Container Load) consolidation. You must be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly across departments.

Required Experience: The candidate should have a proven track record in logistics pricing, preferably with 3+ years in the LCL freight forwarding sector. A deep understanding of shipping terms, Incoterms, and global freight routes will be highly beneficial.
