Position Overview: Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants is seeking a skilled and bilingual Executive Assistant to support our executive team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative and organizational support, manage executive communications, and ensure efficient workflow within the office. This role requires a professional who can thrive under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and perform with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant will handle all aspects of executive scheduling, document management, and correspondence. You will coordinate meetings, prepare reports, draft legal and business letters, and ensure all executive communications are managed efficiently. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining digital and physical filing systems while supporting daily operational needs of the management team.

Communication & Coordination: This role demands fluency in both English and Arabic, with the ability to draft and translate documents as required. You will liaise with clients, legal partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication. The successful candidate will also manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and assist in preparing presentations and official documentation for the partners.

Professional Support: As part of our legal team, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting case management activities by organizing confidential files and coordinating client communication. You will ensure compliance with the firm’s administrative policies and maintain a professional atmosphere that reflects our firm’s high standards of excellence and discretion.

Technology & Reporting: Proficiency in MS Office applications, document formatting, and digital communication tools is essential. You’ll assist in preparing reports and maintaining calendars while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time. The role also requires managing sensitive information related to clients, contracts, and firm operations with complete confidentiality.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with partners, associates, and administrative staff, you will contribute to a supportive, fast-paced environment where teamwork and professionalism are valued. The Executive Assistant is expected to anticipate needs, streamline office functions, and take initiative to improve internal communication and scheduling systems.
