Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a track record of ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant electrical operations.

Supervision & Team Management: Direct and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians, ensuring work schedules are met, safety protocols are followed, and quality standards are maintained on-site.

Technical Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, ensuring all work complies with relevant regulations and project specifications.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce electrical safety standards, carry out site inspections, and ensure that all electrical activities adhere to company policies, UAE regulations, and international codes.

Problem-Solving & Coordination: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
