Staff Management: Supervise and manage hotel staff, ensuring they perform their duties effectively.

Guest Relations: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and handle critical situations effectively.

Coordinate with Departments: Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Maintain Standards: Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
