Best For You HR Consultancy, a Dubai-based recruitment agency founded in 2018, is looking for a Draftsman with high-rise building experience in the UAE to join a construction project in Dubai. This is a role for someone who understands that accuracy in drafting is not optional. It is the difference between a project that runs smoothly and one that is plagued by errors.

This is a role for someone with at least three years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE. You will prepare accurate technical drawings and documentation for construction projects, working from sketches, specifications, and instructions provided by engineers and architects. You will produce detailed drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP works, ensuring that all documentation complies with project standards and local authority requirements. You will also revise drawings as needed, maintain drawing registers, and coordinate with site teams to ensure that the latest versions are always in use. If you are detail-oriented, technically proficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects, with relevant drafting experience and technical knowledge. You are proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software, and you have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials. You are able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications, and you take pride in producing work that is accurate, clear, and complete. Immediate availability is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

Salary:
AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month
