Job Description
Document Controller - CRM and Data Accuracy: As a Document Controller (CRM) at Dhofar Global, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing customer data and documentation in the company’s CRM system. You will ensure that all client records, communication logs, and project details are accurately updated, well-organized, and securely stored for easy access and reporting.
CRM Data Entry and Maintenance: You will handle daily data entry tasks within the CRM system, update client information, and ensure all records meet company accuracy standards. You will assist in generating data reports for management and help in improving CRM workflows.
Coordination and Communication: Working closely with the sales and marketing departments, you will ensure that all data shared across departments is synchronized and consistent. You will play a crucial role in bridging communication between client-facing teams and back-office operations.
Compliance and Record Management: You will ensure that all documentation complies with the company’s data protection and confidentiality policies. This includes managing contracts, invoices, and other sensitive documents that are vital to customer relationships and business processes.
Process Improvement and Support: You will identify areas where data handling processes can be improved and work with the IT and CRM teams to implement better documentation systems. Your attention to detail will ensure that Dhofar Global’s client information is always up-to-date and accessible.
Team Collaboration and Administration: Supporting the commercial and administrative teams, you will contribute to office operations, help prepare reports, and maintain smooth documentation workflows. Your organizational skills will be key to the team’s productivity.
