Team Leadership and Supervision: This role involves leading, supervising, and motivating the dispatch and delivery team by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and fostering a disciplined and results-driven work environment during operational hours.

Training and Performance Development: The Dispatch Manager will conduct regular staff training, guide team members on standard operating procedures, and carry out performance evaluations to improve productivity, accuracy, and accountability.

Inventory and Finished Goods Control: Responsibilities include monitoring finished goods inventory, verifying quantities before dispatch, minimizing errors or shortages, and ensuring all dispatched items meet quality and safety standards.

Delivery Accuracy and Timeliness: The role requires ensuring that all customer deliveries are completed on schedule, resolving delivery-related issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
