Role Overview – Dubai Holding Group is hiring talented retail professionals to join our growing team across Abu Dhabi. We have openings for Department Manager position. These opportunities are ideal for passionate retail professionals ready to make an impact and advance their careers.
Department Operations Management – You will manage specific department operations including overseeing department sales, supervising department staff, managing department inventory, ensuring product availability, maintaining department standards, monitoring performance, and delivering department targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
Sales Target Achievement – You will drive department sales by implementing sales strategies, coaching staff on selling techniques, monitoring sales performance, promoting products effectively, managing promotions, achieving department sales targets, maximizing revenue, and contributing to overall store profitability.
Staff Supervision and Training – You will supervise department sales staff and associates, assign duties, monitor performance, provide training on products and selling techniques, conduct coaching sessions, address performance issues, motivate team members, and build capable department teams.
Inventory and Stock Control – You will manage department inventory including monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock replenishment, conducting stock counts, managing stock rotation, ensuring product freshness and quality, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining optimal inventory that supports sales.
Visual Merchandising – You will ensure department displays meet visual merchandising standards, implement planograms, create attractive product presentations, set up promotional displays, maintain department organization and cleanliness, and create appealing shopping experiences.
Customer Service – You will ensure excellent customer service within the department, assist customers with product selection, handle customer inquiries and concerns, resolve issues effectively, train staff on service standards, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis – You will prepare department reports including sales reports, inventory reports, staff performance, and operational metrics. You will analyze department performance, identify improvement areas, and provide insights to store management.
