Role Overview: XAU Trade is seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Support Executive – Forex & CFD to join its team in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist clients with account-related queries, trading platform support, service requests, and general customer enquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and an understanding of Forex and Contracts for Difference (CFD) trading.

Customer Support and Client Assistance: Respond to customer enquiries through email, telephone, and other communication channels. Assist clients with account registration, verification, and general account-related questions. Provide clear information about available services and platform features. Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely resolutions.

Forex and CFD Trading Support: Assist clients with basic queries related to Forex and CFD trading services. Provide general guidance on trading platform navigation and account functionality. Help customers understand common platform features and technical procedures. Escalate complex trading or technical enquiries to the relevant departments.

Issue Resolution and Follow-Up: Identify customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests. Follow up on pending enquiries to ensure appropriate resolution. Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and confidentially.

Service Quality and Communication: Maintain professional and positive communication with clients. Deliver timely, accurate, and consistent customer support. Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring service issues. Follow internal customer service procedures and company policies.

Requirements Essential Skills: Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role. Good understanding of customer service principles and communication practices. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Basic knowledge of Forex, CFD, or financial trading services. Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities. using computers, email, and customer support systems.

Preferred Skills: Experience working with Forex brokers or financial services companies. Familiarity with trading platforms and client account procedures. Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
