Role Overview – Life Pharmacy is seeking Customer Support Associates with call center experience to join our team in Dubai. This position is ideal for customer service professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, have strong communication skills, possess problem-solving abilities, and are available for immediate joining.
Inbound Customer Support – You will handle inbound customer calls professionally, answer customer inquiries about pharmaceutical products, medications, health supplements, store locations, and services. You will provide accurate product information, assist with order inquiries, address customer concerns, resolve issues effectively, process customer requests, and ensure positive customer experiences through courteous and helpful telephone support.
Call Center Operations – You will manage call center activities including answering high volumes of calls, maintaining professional phone etiquette, following call scripts and procedures when applicable, documenting call details accurately, meeting call handling targets, managing call queues efficiently, and delivering quality customer service that meets Life Pharmacy's standards and customer expectations.
Customer Query Resolution – You will solve customer queries efficiently by listening actively to customer needs, understanding their concerns, analyzing issues, providing appropriate solutions, explaining product usage and benefits, clarifying policies and procedures, troubleshooting problems, escalating complex issues when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.
Product Information and Consultation – You will provide information about pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, health supplements, wellness products, beauty items, and healthcare services available at Life Pharmacy. You will answer questions about product features, usage, dosages, contraindications, side effects (within your scope), availability, pricing, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Prescription Support – You will assist customers with prescription-related inquiries including prescription uploads for online orders, prescription verification status, medication availability, refill reminders, clarifying prescription requirements, coordinating with pharmacy teams on prescription matters, and facilitating prescription processing while maintaining patient privacy and regulatory compliance.
CRM and Documentation – You will document all customer interactions accurately in CRM systems, update customer information, log call details including inquiries, complaints, orders, and resolutions, maintain comprehensive customer records, ensure data quality, track interaction history, and provide transparent documentation of all customer service activities.
Health and Wellness Guidance – You will provide general health and wellness guidance within your scope including recommending suitable over-the-counter products for common ailments, suggesting health supplements based on customer needs, providing lifestyle and wellness tips, referring customers to pharmacists for medical advice when needed, and promoting preventive health and wellness.
Communication Excellence – You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills by speaking clearly and professionally, writing accurate emails and messages, explaining information in easy-to-understand language, adapting communication style to different customers, maintaining polite and patient demeanor, and ensuring effective communication that builds customer trust and satisfaction.
