Job Description

Customer Service Operations: This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service within shipping and logistics operations, ensuring client inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently while maintaining strong service standards across all customer touchpoints.

Landside Vessel Coordination: The position supports landside vessel operations by coordinating shipment activities, monitoring schedules, and ensuring smooth cargo movement while working closely with internal operations and external stakeholders.

Client Communication Management: The role involves maintaining continuous communication with customers, addressing service requests, resolving operational issues, and providing timely updates to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction throughout the shipment lifecycle.

Operational Excellence Support: This position contributes to operational excellence by ensuring adherence to company procedures, shipping regulations, and service commitments while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

Cross Functional Collaboration: The role requires close coordination with internal departments such as documentation, operations, and finance to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery and effective problem resolution.

Service Quality Assurance: The position focuses on maintaining service accuracy, minimizing disruptions, and proactively managing service challenges to uphold OOCL’s reputation for reliability and operational efficiency.
