Customer Service Executive We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic Sports & Fitness Club in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and has a passion for providing excellent service to members and guests. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact, creating a positive and professional impression while addressing customer needs efficiently.

Role Overview As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every visitor’s experience at our club exceeds expectations. You will manage front desk operations, guide clients through available membership options, and handle inquiries in a timely and friendly manner. The position requires someone who is confident, approachable, and deeply customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities The Customer Service Executive will handle all client communications—both in-person and through digital channels—ensuring prompt responses to questions and resolving concerns effectively. You will assist customers in understanding club programs, ongoing offers, and events while ensuring all service interactions reflect the club’s premium standards. Your focus will be on maintaining satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.

Member Engagement and Support You will proactively engage with members to ensure they are satisfied with the club’s services, responding to feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will assist in coordinating events, helping promote fitness programs, and building lasting relationships with our diverse clientele. Strong follow-up and communication skills will be crucial to your success in this role.

Team Collaboration and Coordination Collaboration is at the heart of our club’s success. You will work closely with the operations, marketing, and fitness teams to deliver a consistent and enjoyable experience for all visitors. Supporting internal communication, managing scheduling needs, and ensuring smooth coordination among departments will form part of your daily tasks.
