Creating a Welcoming First Impression The Customer Service Executive acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring every guest entering STEPS Clinic feels comfortable and valued. As the face of the clinic, you will provide a warm welcome, guide patients efficiently through registration, and ensure all interactions reflect the clinic’s high standards of professionalism and care.
Delivering Exceptional Patient Experience This role focuses on creating a patient-centered environment where communication and empathy take priority. The Customer Service Executive will assist patients in understanding clinic procedures, provide timely updates about appointments, and address concerns or questions with genuine care and professionalism.
Managing Front Desk Operations The position requires maintaining an organized and efficient reception area. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and ensuring all front-desk processes run seamlessly. A proactive attitude and attention to detail will help maintain the clinic’s smooth daily operations.
Supporting Clinical and Administrative Coordination Collaboration with medical and administrative teams is key. You will coordinate between departments, ensure patient information is accurate and updated, and support the Operations Manager in implementing new procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Upholding Confidentiality and Professionalism As a representative of STEPS Clinic, the Customer Service Executive must handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Maintaining discretion, patience, and professionalism in all interactions builds trust and strengthens the clinic’s reputation for reliability and respect.
