Position Overview: The Customer Service Executive (Female) will handle client communications, manage import/export documentation, and ensure smooth operations in the freight forwarding and logistics department.
Core Responsibilities: Coordinate shipments, track consignments, prepare documentation, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and internal teams.
Industry Expertise: Must have hands-on experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry within the UAE, with strong understanding of import/export procedures and documentation.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Incoterms, UAE customs regulations, and freight forwarding documentation is essential to handle daily operations effectively.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in the UAE logistics or freight forwarding industry, handling customer coordination and shipment processing.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills are vital. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
