Job Overview: Gaelan Medical Care is seeking professional and motivated Customer Service Executives to act as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support, ensuring a smooth patient experience, and handling inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Core Responsibilities: The role involves managing patient registrations, answering queries about hospital services, and coordinating with medical staff to ensure efficient service delivery. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, confirming bookings, and assisting patients with billing and insurance-related questions.
Front Desk & Communication: Customer Service Executives will handle both face-to-face and telephone interactions with patients. You will provide accurate information, address concerns, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. Professionalism, empathy, and clear communication are key attributes required for success in this role.
Coordination with Healthcare Teams: You will liaise with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to relay important information to patients, follow up on pending tasks, and support clinical staff by ensuring accurate data entry in hospital systems. Your work will directly contribute to the seamless functioning of hospital operations.
Technology & Systems: The role requires proficiency in using hospital management software, electronic health records (EHR), and digital booking systems. You must ensure all patient information is updated accurately while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Quality & Service Standards: Executives must ensure that hospital service standards are consistently met. Handling patient complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly, and escalating cases when needed are vital responsibilities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that patients leave with a positive impression of the hospital.
