Professional Overview – Thoe Real Estate is seeking motivated professionals with strong experience in collections and client relationship management. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in the real estate sector, capable of handling client accounts and ensuring smooth communication and operational workflows within the CRM system.

Customer Service Responsibilities – The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining excellent client relationships. This role demands strong communication skills and the ability to provide timely updates while ensuring client satisfaction.

Collections Management Expertise – CRM & Collections Officers will focus on payment follow-ups, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM system. Candidates will be expected to proactively manage overdue payments while maintaining professionalism and positive client engagement.

Team Leadership & Coordination – The Team Leader – CRM & Collections will oversee the collections team, monitor performance metrics, ensure operational efficiency, and provide guidance to junior staff. The leader will also coordinate between departments to ensure smooth processes and maximize collection success.

Client Communication & Relationship Building – All roles require maintaining strong relationships with clients. Professionals must be able to communicate clearly, handle sensitive situations diplomatically, and provide high-quality service that enhances the company’s reputation in the real estate industry.

Process Optimization & Reporting – Candidates will contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies in client management and collection procedures. Timely reporting, record keeping, and follow-up actions are crucial to ensure the business maintains accurate financial records and strong client trust.
