Job Description
Role Overview: The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional support to visitors and clients at Mall of the Emirates, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with company service standards. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage customer expectations in a high-traffic environment.
Position Purpose: This role focuses on coordinating daily customer service activities, assisting visitors with inquiries, complaints, and requests, and providing operational support to ensure smooth service delivery. The coordinator will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency throughout the mall.
Customer Interaction Management: The candidate will manage customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person inquiries, resolving issues promptly and courteously. They will document complaints, follow up on pending cases, and liaise with other departments to ensure timely solutions and continuous improvement in service standards.
Operational Coordination: The Customer Service Coordinator will assist in planning and organizing service schedules, coordinating with mall management teams, and supporting staff to ensure efficient operations. This includes monitoring workflows, maintaining records, and providing feedback to improve service delivery.
Reporting and Documentation: The role involves maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, preparing regular reports on service metrics, complaint resolution, and visitor feedback. The candidate will use this data to recommend improvements and contribute to enhanced customer service policies and processes.
Team Support and Collaboration: The coordinator will work closely with other customer service staff, security teams, and operational departments to ensure seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and consistent service delivery. Mentoring and supporting junior staff may also be part of the role to maintain quality standards.
