About the Role
StoreRav is growing fast, and we're seeking a full-time remote CRM Manager who can set up, manage, and optimize our CRM systems to support our rapid expansion. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in streamlining our customer relationship management processes and driving business growth through effective automation and optimization. You'll be responsible for setting up and managing comprehensive CRM pipelines, workflows, forms, and automations to ensure seamless customer journey management and operational efficiency. Your role will involve building targeted SMS and email sequences for various purposes including onboarding new customers, follow-ups with prospects, and promotional campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. You'll create high-converting funnels, landing pages, and lead capture systems that effectively attract and convert prospects into customers. You'll integrate the CRM with our websites and various APIs to create a connected ecosystem that enables data flow and process automation across platforms. Your responsibilities include building insightful dashboards and generating weekly reports that provide visibility into CRM performance, lead metrics, and business insights to support data-driven decision-making. You'll support the sales team with lead tracking systems and automations that help them work more efficiently and close deals faster. This position is perfect for someone who combines technical CRM expertise with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment where your contributions directly impact business growth.
What We're Looking For
We need a CRM professional with proven experience working with GoHighLevel, demonstrating strong knowledge of the platform's capabilities and best practices for CRM management. Strong automation and workflow skills are essential, with the ability to design and implement complex workflows that streamline business processes and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of SMS and email marketing, including best practices for creating engaging sequences that drive customer action and maintain engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. You should have good communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with team members, understand business requirements, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with integration tools like Zapier or Make is a bonus and will be considered an advantage for connecting various systems and automating cross-platform workflows. You must be comfortable working in a remote environment independently, managing your own time and deliverables while staying aligned with team goals. Strong problem-solving abilities are important for troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions to CRM challenges. The ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM configurations and automations is crucial for success in this role. You should be data-driven, with the capacity to build meaningful dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. A customer-centric mindset and understanding of how CRM systems impact the overall customer experience will help you excel in this position.
