Customer Relationship Strategy Leadership The CRM Manager will take the lead in developing a comprehensive customer relationship strategy that nurtures long-term loyalty, strengthens emotional brand connection, and enhances engagement across every touchpoint. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behaviour in the luxury jewellery sector, ensuring that every communication reflects elegance, exclusivity, and the brand’s premium identity.

Data-Driven Engagement Development This role involves designing and executing customer engagement initiatives built on solid data insights, segmentation techniques, and behavioural patterns. The CRM Manager will create personalized communication flows across digital and in-store channels, ensuring customers feel valued at every stage of the buying journey while supporting sales growth.

Loyalty Program Innovation The CRM Manager will design and oversee loyalty and rewards programs tailored to premium jewellery customers, introducing exclusive offers, membership tiers, and experience-driven campaigns that elevate customer satisfaction. This paragraph highlights the ability to create memorable touchpoints that encourage customers to strengthen their relationship with the brand.

Customer Conversion Optimization The role includes monitoring and improving lead conversion across various platforms, collaborating closely with sales teams to identify bottlenecks and enhance performance.
