Remittance and Transaction Management: The Counter Staff will manage all incoming and outgoing remittances, either directly or via third-party methods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Client Assistance and Product Information: This role requires providing clients with detailed information on available financial products and services, guiding them through processes, and assisting them in selecting the most suitable options.

Wage Disbursement and WPS Handling: Responsibilities include assisting with wage disbursements, managing WPS file submissions, and supporting salary processing through accurate SIF file operations while maintaining confidentiality.

Customer Service and Complaint Resolution: The Counter Staff will handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, coordinating with operations teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a positive client experience.

Compliance Support: The role involves assisting with compliance monitoring, particularly in KYC, CDD, and EDD procedures, to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

Operational Support and Professionalism: The candidate will maintain a professional attitude, follow company policies, provide excellent service quality, and support smooth operational flow during high-volume transactions.
