Job Overview: Al Fuad Exchange is seeking motivated Counter Staff to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in delivering smooth and secure financial services such as customer transactions, money transfers, and foreign exchange. We are looking for candidates who can provide professional service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Immediate joiners will be preferred to meet our urgent operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities: The Counter Staff will handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, remittances, and currency exchange. This role requires attention to detail to ensure accuracy while working with financial records. You will also provide guidance to customers on available services and assist them in completing transactions quickly and securely.
Customer Service Excellence: Building strong relationships with customers is a vital aspect of this job. As the face of the exchange house, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through professional interaction, timely support, and problem resolution. Candidates must be comfortable working with diverse customers and delivering an outstanding service experience at all times.
Operational Duties: Apart from handling direct customer requests, the Counter Staff will also maintain daily transaction reports, monitor cash balances, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The ability to work under pressure while ensuring zero errors in record-keeping will be crucial for success in this role.
Skills & Competencies: This position requires candidates with strong numerical ability, interpersonal skills, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a money exchange or financial institution will be an added advantage. A high level of integrity and confidentiality is essential when handling customer financial information.
