Vgetter HR Solutions, a Dubai-based HR consultancy founded in 2015, is recruiting a Cost Accountant on behalf of a client in the UAE. This is a role for freshly qualified Cost and Management Accountants and Chartered Accountants who are ready to begin their professional journey in a professional accounting and finance environment.

This is a role for someone with a CMA or CA qualification, with freshers welcome and prior UAE work experience not mandatory. You will be responsible for cost accounting and financial analysis, including preparing cost reports, analysing variances, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. You will maintain accurate financial records, assist with month-end and year-end closing, and support the preparation of financial statements. You will also work with MS Excel and accounting software to analyse data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights that support business decisions. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to apply your qualification in a real business setting, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis, along with an understanding of accounting standards and financial documentation. You are proficient in MS Excel, and experience with accounting software is an advantage. You have excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, and you communicate clearly. You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you are ready to learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced finance environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the UAE. The salary range is AED 5,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
