We are currently hiring Commis Chefs and Pastry Chefs who have the creativity, dedication, and skill to craft exceptional dishes and desserts. Key Responsibilities: The Commis Chef/Pastry Chef will assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality bakery items and desserts. Daily responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and delivering consistent flavors and presentation. The candidate will also assist senior chefs with menu development and kitchen operations.

Culinary Excellence: Candidates are expected to demonstrate a passion for baking and pastry arts, ensuring that every dish meets Home Bakery’s signature quality. From artisan bread and cakes to delicate pastries, attention to detail and a love for flavor innovation are essential traits for success in this role.

Team Collaboration: The role requires working closely with senior chefs, sous chefs, and the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. A positive attitude, strong teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure during busy service hours are key to thriving in this fast-paced culinary environment.

Experience and Standards: Applicants must have at least 2 years of professional experience in hotels, fine dining, or upscale restaurants within the UAE. A strong understanding of hygiene standards, HACCP guidelines, and food safety protocols is a must. Previous experience in a bakery or pastry-focused environment will be a strong advantage.
