Job Overview: We are seeking passionate Commis Chefs to join our culinary team. The Commis will assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support senior chefs in delivering exceptional dishes to guests.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and support the kitchen team during peak hours.
Work Environment: You will work in the hotel’s main kitchen alongside professional chefs. The environment is fast-paced and requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for cooking.
Growth Opportunities: As part of our team, you will receive training and development opportunities to advance into Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie roles in the future.
Required Skills in Practice: Basic cooking skills, knife handling, food safety, time management, and the ability to follow instructions accurately are key.
