Job Overview: As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for managing precision machining operations to produce metal components and parts. You must be able to interpret technical drawings, use measuring instruments accurately, and follow safety and quality control standards throughout the production process.

Technical Responsibilities: Your core duties will include setting up tools, selecting appropriate machining speeds and feeds, adjusting controls, and ensuring that machines operate smoothly. Regular inspection of parts, maintaining tolerances, and performing preventive maintenance are crucial aspects of this role.

Experience and Expertise: Candidates should possess strong mechanical knowledge and a minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on experience in CNC lathe operations within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of programming and tooling adjustments is highly desirable for optimizing production efficiency.
