Job Description

Role Overview – Life Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager with a strong background in healthcare, exceptional leadership, and proven decision-making skills. This position is ideal for healthcare management professionals who can oversee clinic operations, lead clinical and administrative teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.

Clinic Operations Management – You will oversee all clinic operations including patient flow management, appointment scheduling systems, front desk operations, medical records management, clinical services coordination, pharmacy operations if applicable, billing and insurance processing, facility management, and ensuring smooth, efficient daily clinic operations that deliver excellent patient experiences.

Leadership and Team Management – You will demonstrate exceptional leadership by managing clinical and administrative staff including doctors, nurses, receptionists, medical assistants, and support personnel. You will recruit and train staff, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, address performance issues, motivate teams, build capabilities, and create positive work environment that supports high performance.

Healthcare Operations Expertise – You will apply strong background in healthcare by understanding clinical workflows, medical terminology, patient care standards, healthcare regulations, insurance processes, medical billing, clinical documentation requirements, infection control, patient safety protocols, and healthcare quality standards that ensure compliant and effective clinic operations.

Strategic Planning and Decision-Making – You will exercise proven decision-making skills by making strategic operational decisions, solving complex problems, analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, implementing process enhancements, managing resources effectively, prioritizing initiatives, and making sound judgments that support clinic success.

Patient Experience Management – You will ensure exceptional patient experiences by setting service standards, monitoring patient satisfaction, addressing patient complaints and concerns, implementing service improvements, training staff on patient-centered care, managing patient feedback, and maintaining high patient satisfaction scores that build clinic reputation and loyalty.

Financial and Budget Management – You will manage clinic budget and financial performance including revenue monitoring, expense control, pricing strategies, profitability analysis, billing efficiency, insurance reimbursement optimization, inventory management, cost containment initiatives, and ensuring clinic operates profitably within budget parameters.

Quality and Compliance – You will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including DHA/DOH/HAAD requirements, infection control standards, patient safety protocols, medical waste management, medication handling, clinical documentation standards, patient privacy (HIPAA principles), and quality standards that protect patients and maintain regulatory compliance.

Clinical Services Coordination – You will coordinate clinical services by scheduling providers, managing consultation rooms, coordinating specialty services, ensuring adequate clinical coverage, managing clinical equipment and supplies, coordinating with laboratories and diagnostic centers, and ensuring seamless delivery of medical services.

Marketing and Business Development Support – You will support clinic marketing and growth by implementing patient retention strategies, coordinating promotional activities, managing patient referral programs, monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, supporting new service launches, and contributing to clinic expansion objectives.

Reporting and Analytics – You will prepare operational reports including patient volume statistics, revenue reports, staff productivity, patient satisfaction metrics, quality indicators, financial performance, and KPI dashboards. You will analyze data, provide insights to management, track performance trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Crisis and Emergency Management – You will manage clinic emergencies and crises including medical emergencies, facility issues, staffing crises, patient incidents, and operational disruptions. You will implement emergency protocols, coordinate responses, communicate effectively during crises, and ensure clinic resilience and business continuity.
