Every building starts with a drawing. Every drawing becomes a structure only when an engineer on site makes sure it is built correctly. Inspirations GCC, a Dubai-based recruitment and HR consultancy, is looking for a Civil Engineer to join a decoration and construction project in Dubai. This is a role for an engineer with 2–3 years of experience who understands that precision on site is not optional. It is the difference between a project that stands and one that fails.

This is a role for someone with a minimum of two to three years of experience as a Civil Engineer, with a good working knowledge of construction drawings. You will be responsible for site supervision and coordination on decoration and fit-out projects. You will review drawings, ensure that work is executed according to specifications, and coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants. You will also monitor progress, resolve technical issues as they arise, and maintain quality and safety standards on site. If you are detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, this role will suit you.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with two to three years of UAE experience. You have a good understanding of construction drawings and site procedures. You are organised, communicative, and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Immediate availability is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
