Best For You HR Consultancy, a Dubai-based recruitment agency founded in 2018, is looking for a Civil Engineer with high-rise building experience in the UAE to join a construction project in Dubai. This is a role for someone who understands that on a high-rise site, the smallest oversight can have the largest consequences.

This is a role for someone with at least three years of experience in high-rise building projects in the UAE. You will be responsible for site execution, structural works, finishing works, and construction coordination. You will manage subcontractors, consultants, and site activities, ensuring that work progresses according to drawings, specifications, and schedules. You will review technical documents, resolve site issues as they arise, and ensure that quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the project. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable on site, coordinating multiple teams, and keeping a project moving forward.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of three years of UAE experience in high-rise building projects. You have strong knowledge of site execution, structural works, and finishing works, and you are comfortable managing subcontractors and coordinating with consultants. You have a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage. Immediate availability is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary range is AED 5,000 to AED 7,000 per month.
