A fit-out project is not just about finishes and furniture. It is about structure, coordination, and the unseen details that make a space safe, compliant, and built to last. Massa Global, an interior design and fit-out firm with over 14 years of experience delivering projects across the UAE, is looking for a Civil Engineer who understands that the best interiors are built on solid engineering.

This is a role for someone who has spent at least five years on UAE fit-out and construction sites and knows what it takes to turn drawings into reality. You will be responsible for site supervision, structural coordination, and ensuring that every aspect of the project complies with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and UAE authority requirements. You will review drawings and submittals, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage the day-to-day engineering challenges that arise on site. This is not a desk job. It is for someone who is comfortable walking the site, inspecting the work, and making decisions that keep the project moving.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and has five to ten years of UAE fit-out or construction experience. You have strong structural and site supervision skills, a solid understanding of authority requirements, and experience with drawings, submittals, and multidisciplinary coordination. A DM Approved Engineer G+1 certification is required. A UAE driving licence is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

Salary:
AED 8,000 – 12,000 per month
