Every transaction tells a story. A customer walking in for a new phone, a family upgrading their home appliances, a first-time buyer making a significant purchase. Behind each of those moments is a cashier who ensures the experience ends as smoothly as it began. Eros Group, one of the UAE's largest electronics distributors and retailers since 1967, is looking for a Cashier who understands that accuracy and warmth go hand in hand.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the pace of retail and takes pride in getting the details right. You will handle POS transactions, cash and card payments with precision, and manage cash drawers, refunds, and exchanges. You will assist customers, resolve queries professionally, and support stock checks and store operations. You will also maintain the checkout area, follow safety, security, and ISO standards, and contribute to a store environment where customers feel valued and staff work as a team. This is not just about processing payments. It is about being the final point of contact in a customer's journey and making sure they leave with a good impression.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, with two to three years of cashier or customer-facing experience, preferably in retail. You have strong communication and POS skills, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are the same. You are reliable, courteous, and detail-oriented. Immediate joiners are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the UAE. 

Salary:
AED 3,000 – 3,300 per month
