Position Overview: We are seeking 4 highly skilled Carpenters to join our growing team in Umm al-Quwain. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in exhibition stand building, event setups, and interior fit-out projects. As a Carpenter at Fikra Technical Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality woodwork solutions that meet client expectations and project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities: Your daily tasks will involve the fabrication and installation of exhibition stands, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, dressing units, and wall cladding. You will work with diverse materials including MDF, plywood, laminates, and acrylic, ensuring strong finishes and lasting durability. Accuracy and efficiency will be at the core of your work.

Technical Skills: A strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings is essential. You must also be capable of operating carpentry tools and machinery safely and effectively. Attention to measurements and precise execution will ensure that every project is completed with the highest level of craftsmanship.

Teamwork and Collaboration: While this role requires a high degree of individual skill, you will also work closely with fellow carpenters, supervisors, and project managers. Effective communication and teamwork will allow you to contribute to project milestones and ensure successful delivery within set timelines.

Work Environment: The projects you will be part of involve fast-paced exhibitions, demanding event setups, and detailed interior installations. Therefore, the ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to changing project requirements is highly valued in this position.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior GCC or UAE experience in exhibitions, events, or interior fit-out projects will have an added advantage. Familiarity with CNC cutting, joinery techniques, and advanced carpentry methods will strengthen your profile and support the company’s commitment to excellence.
