Job Overview: Gaelan Medical Care is seeking Call Centre Representatives who will serve as the first line of communication between the hospital and patients. This role requires handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to inquiries, and providing accurate information about hospital services, appointments, and procedures.
Core Responsibilities: Representatives will manage call queues efficiently, schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and provide updates to patients. You will also assist with inquiries related to billing, insurance approvals, and medical services, ensuring that patients feel supported and informed at all times.
Patient Support & Engagement: You will engage with patients in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving concerns and ensuring that every interaction reflects the hospital’s values of care and compassion. Building trust and offering reassurance are key to creating a positive patient experience.
Coordination with Departments: Call Centre Representatives will work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to provide accurate information and updates to patients. Effective communication and timely coordination will be essential in ensuring smooth operations across departments.
Technology & Systems Use: The role involves using hospital management systems and call centre software to log interactions, update patient records, and track appointments. Attention to detail and confidentiality when handling sensitive patient data is mandatory.
Quality & Performance Standards: Representatives will be expected to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling time, response accuracy, and patient satisfaction scores. Continuous training will be provided to ensure you stay aligned with hospital service standards.
