Job Description

Role Overview: GlobeMed Gulf is seeking empathetic and articulate Call Centre Agents to join our customer service team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for our members and healthcare providers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Inbound and Outbound Calls: You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries regarding healthcare benefits, claims status, and provider information. This requires the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Customer Inquiry Resolution: You will listen attentively to customer concerns, analyze their needs, and provide accurate and timely solutions. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Information Provision: You will provide comprehensive information about GlobeMed Gulf's services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their benefits and options.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: You will accurately document all customer interactions, ensuring that records are complete and up-to-date. This includes entering data into our systems and maintaining organized records.

Collaboration and Escalation: You will collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary. You will maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
