Call Center Representative

Patient Communication – You will handle incoming patient calls, providing information about medical services, appointment scheduling, and responding to inquiries professionally. Your responsibilities include answering calls promptly, addressing patient questions with empathy and accuracy, transferring calls appropriately, and ensuring every caller receives excellent customer service.

Appointment Management – You will schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the medical center's scheduling system. This involves coordinating with medical staff, managing appointment calendars efficiently, sending appointment reminders, and ensuring optimal utilization of healthcare provider schedules.

Record Keeping – You will maintain accurate records of all patient interactions, calls, and appointments. Proper documentation ensures continuity of care, supports administrative processes, and provides essential information for follow-up and quality improvement.

Communication Skills – Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with patients professionally and empathetically. You should be articulate, patient, able to communicate clearly in multiple languages if possible, and skilled at managing difficult conversations with grace.

Customer Service Orientation – A strong customer service mindset is crucial. You must be patient-focused, responsive to concerns, committed to creating positive experiences, and able to represent Ultra Medical Center professionally in every interaction.
