About the Role

Hortman Clinics is seeking a professional and experienced Call Center Executive with years of experience to join our Administration and Customer Service team at our Jumeira Branch in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled customer service professional to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a meaningful impact on patient experiences and clinic operations. You'll be responsible for managing incoming calls from patients, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information about clinic services, appointment availability, and healthcare procedures in a professional and courteous manner. Your role will involve scheduling patient appointments efficiently using the clinic's booking system, coordinating with medical staff to ensure optimal appointment allocation and minimize wait times. You'll handle patient concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction and trust.

You'll maintain detailed and accurate records of all patient interactions, calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the clinic's database system to ensure seamless communication across departments. You'll collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other departments to facilitate smooth patient flow and ensure all patient needs are addressed promptly. You'll provide information about clinic services, treatment options, pricing, insurance coverage, and payment procedures to help patients make informed decisions about their healthcare. 

What We're Looking For

We need a Call Center Executive with a Bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of two years of proven experience in the same field, with healthcare experience being a significant advantage. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly, listen actively to patient concerns, and communicate effectively with diverse patient populations. Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential, including the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize urgent matters, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced call center environment. Proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, appointment scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is required to manage patient records and coordinate appointments efficiently.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with a patient-centered approach, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism when addressing patient inquiries, concerns, or complaints. Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and insurance processes is highly valued and will enhance your ability to assist patients effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities are necessary to identify patient needs, resolve issues independently when possible, and escalate complex matters to appropriate personnel when required.
