Job Overview: The Call Center Executive will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient service while maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style. You will be responsible for ensuring that every caller receives accurate information and a smooth, positive experience with the clinic.

Responsibilities: Your daily responsibilities will include answering calls, managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing basic information about services. Additionally, you will update and maintain accurate patient records in the system, escalate urgent cases to relevant departments, and ensure all inquiries are handled within set timelines. You will also support follow-up calls to confirm appointments and check on patient satisfaction.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A background in healthcare or prior experience in call centers will be highly valued. The candidate should also be detail-oriented, quick to adapt, and able to manage calls under pressure while maintaining a calm and professional tone.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an added advantage. A strong sense of empathy and patience is critical for building trust with patients.
