Call Center Agent – Role Overview: We are currently hiring dedicated Call Center Agents to join our growing customer service department in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who have prior inbound call experience and can provide outstanding customer support while handling multiple queries efficiently.
Customer Interaction: As a Call Center Agent, you will handle a variety of customer inquiries through inbound calls, resolving issues promptly while maintaining high levels of professionalism and empathy.
Problem Solving & Communication: The position requires strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns. You will provide accurate information, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases to senior representatives as needed.
Operational Excellence: The role will involve documenting all interactions in the system, maintaining call logs, and following company guidelines to ensure smooth operations. Meeting daily KPIs such as call handling time and customer satisfaction will be a key part of your performance.
Team Collaboration: You will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to continuously improve call-handling processes and contribute to the overall success of the department. Training opportunities will be provided to help you develop professionally.
