Job Description

Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: We are looking for a passionate Call Center Agent to serve as the voice of our organization. You will handle client inquiries and concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every interaction reflects professionalism and empathy, especially in the dynamic insurance sector.

Customer Relationship Building: You’ll build lasting client relationships, helping customers feel supported and heard. Your role is not just about answering calls — it’s about building trust and being the point of contact clients can rely on.

Communication at the Core: This role requires someone with excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred), the ability to listen actively, respond thoughtfully, and remain calm under pressure, ensuring that every call is handled with care.

Problem-Solving in Action: You will proactively resolve client issues and guide them through processes clearly and professionally. Each solution you offer should aim to improve satisfaction and contribute to client retention.

Collaborative Environment: You’ll work closely with other departments, ensuring smooth escalation and resolution of complex inquiries. This collaborative approach keeps operations running seamlessly and builds a sense of shared success.
