Job Overview: We are seeking experienced CADD/BIM Modelers specialized in Landscape Architecture to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about turning design concepts into precise technical models and drawings using cutting-edge software in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Technical Responsibilities: As a Landscape CADD/BIM Modeler, your primary responsibility is to interpret landscape architectural designs and convert them into highly accurate BIM/CAD models. You will use software tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit to create 2D and 3D technical documentation, plans, and visualizations.

Collaboration & Coordination: You will work closely with landscape architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is maintained while meeting technical standards. This includes integrating your work with other disciplines such as civil, structural, and MEP to produce fully coordinated models.

Design Translation: Your ability to read and understand design drawings is crucial. You will be expected to translate design sketches, presentations, and conceptual inputs into technical models, ensuring precision in site grading, planting layout, irrigation, hardscape, and lighting systems.

Documentation: Strong documentation skills are essential. You will be required to produce detailed construction drawings, schedules, and material take-offs. Ensuring that all deliverables are accurate, updated, and compliant with project requirements will be part of your core duties.
