Role Overview – Smart Business Solutions LLC is hiring a Business Setup Advisor for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. This position is ideal for UAE-experienced corporate services professionals with a sales-driven mindset, deep knowledge of UAE business laws, and a genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs and businesses successfully establish their presence in the UAE market.

Business Structure Advisory – You will assist clients in selecting the most appropriate business structure by evaluating their objectives, explaining the differences between Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups, and recommending the most suitable option based on their industry, ownership preferences, and operational requirements.

Licensing and Regulatory Guidance – You will provide expert advice on licensing requirements, legal procedures, and government regulations by staying current on UAE business laws, free zone policies, and authority-specific requirements to ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date guidance throughout their setup journey.

Documentation and Government Submissions – You will manage the end-to-end documentation process by preparing, reviewing, and submitting all required paperwork to relevant government entities, free zone authorities, and licensing bodies, ensuring timely approvals and full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Government and Free Zone Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong working relationships with government entities and free zone authorities by acting as a trusted liaison, staying informed on procedural updates, and leveraging these relationships to facilitate smooth and efficient client approvals.

Sales and Business Development – You will drive business growth by generating leads, converting prospects into clients, closing deals, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. Your sales mindset and consultative approach will be key to growing Smart Business Solutions' client base and revenue.

Regulatory Awareness and Market Intelligence – You will stay continuously updated on UAE business laws, licensing policy changes, and regulatory developments by monitoring official channels and industry updates, ensuring both the team and clients are always informed of relevant changes that may impact their business setup.

After-Sales Client Support – You will provide dedicated after-sales support by following up with clients post-setup, addressing queries, assisting with renewals or amendments, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction that drive referrals and long-term relationships.

UAE Business Setup Experience – A minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in business setup consultancy or corporate services is required. Your background should demonstrate hands-on knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore procedures, as well as a proven track record of managing client setups from initiation to completion.
