Role Overview – Arla Foods is hiring a Business Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced financial professionals with strong accounting expertise, food and beverage industry knowledge, and the ability to manage financial operations effectively, oversee accounting functions, ensure regulatory compliance, provide financial analysis, manage budgets, and contribute to organizational financial success within a dynamic global dairy and food company.

Financial Planning and Budget Management – You will develop and manage annual budgets by coordinating with departments, establishing financial targets, and monitoring budget performance. You will conduct budget reviews, analyze variances from planned performance, and recommend adjustments. You will ensure budgets align with organizational strategy and support operational efficiency.

General Ledger and Accounting Operations – You will oversee general ledger management by supervising transaction recording, ensuring proper account classification, and coordinating monthly reconciliation processes. You will verify transaction accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and ensure general ledger integrity. You will maintain accurate financial records supporting financial reporting and analysis.

Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis – You will oversee preparation of comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements complying with IFRS standards and UAE regulatory requirements. You will ensure statements are accurate, complete, and prepared within required timeframes with appropriate disclosures supporting management decision-making.
