Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: As a Business Development Officer at Al Abeer Medical Centre, your core responsibility will revolve around designing and executing market-entry and expansion strategies. You will actively identify growth opportunities in the healthcare domain, evaluate competitor activities, and help shape the centre’s presence across key medical service verticals in Abu Dhabi.

Client Acquisition & Retention: The role includes building relationships with corporate clients, insurance providers, and walk-in customers to secure long-term service contracts. A proactive approach to networking, attending healthcare-related expos, and following up with leads will be a major part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Revenue Generation Initiatives: Your role will contribute directly to increasing the medical centre’s revenue by offering service packages, engaging clients in targeted promotions, and identifying upselling opportunities. You'll also suggest ideas for marketing and outreach campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

Coordination with Medical & Admin Teams: You will coordinate closely with medical professionals and administrative departments to ensure service delivery aligns with what’s being promised to clients. Your efforts will help bridge the gap between patient expectations and internal service standards.

Reporting & Analytics: Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on lead conversions, new partnerships, and campaign performance will form part of your routine. You’ll work with CRM tools and spreadsheets to track performance and recommend process improvements.

Problem-Solving & Communication – In this position, you’ll address queries and resolve issues clients may face, offering swift, satisfactory solutions. Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills are essential to maintaining a positive image of the medical centre.
