Job Description

Role Overview – Indigloo is hiring a Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in IT Security Products/Solutions/Services Sales. This position is ideal for revenue-driven sales professionals with strong knowledge of Security OEMs and solutions, client handling and enterprise sales experience, and good communication skills who can drive business growth in the IT security sector.

IT Security Sales – You will drive sales of IT security products, solutions, and services by identifying opportunities, prospecting enterprise clients, understanding security requirements, positioning appropriate solutions, and closing deals that generate revenue and expand the customer base in the IT security market.

Client Acquisition and Development – You will acquire new enterprise clients and develop existing accounts by building relationships with decision-makers, understanding organizational security needs, presenting security solutions, demonstrating value, and expanding business within key accounts.

Security Solutions Positioning – You will position IT security solutions including cybersecurity products, network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, data protection, and other security offerings from various Security OEMs. Your positioning should address client security challenges and demonstrate clear business value.

Security OEM Knowledge – You will leverage your strong knowledge of Security OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and their solutions to recommend appropriate products, understand competitive positioning, articulate technical advantages, and match client requirements with optimal security solutions from leading vendors.

Enterprise Sales Management – You will manage complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, technical evaluations, procurement processes, and competitive situations. Your enterprise sales experience enables you to navigate organizational complexities and close significant deals.

Revenue Generation – You will drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, maximizing deal values, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and consistently delivering on revenue commitments through effective sales execution.

Client Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction, positioning yourself as a trusted security advisor, and creating long-term partnerships that generate recurring business.

Market Intelligence – You will gather market intelligence including understanding competitive landscape, tracking industry trends, identifying emerging security threats and solutions, and staying informed about developments that inform sales strategies and client conversations.

IT Security Sales Experience – 4+ years of experience in IT Security Products/Solutions/Services Sales is required. Your experience should demonstrate proven success selling cybersecurity, network security, or related IT security offerings to enterprise clients.

Security OEM and Solutions Knowledge – Strong knowledge of Security OEMs and solutions is essential. You should be familiar with leading security vendors, their product portfolios, solution capabilities, competitive positioning, and how to match solutions to client security requirements.

Client Handling Experience – Client handling and enterprise sales experience is required. You must have proven ability to engage with enterprise decision-makers, manage complex sales processes, navigate organizational structures, and successfully close enterprise deals.

Revenue-Driven Mindset – Being revenue-driven is crucial. You should be motivated by achieving targets, maximizing revenue, closing deals, and delivering consistent sales performance that drives business growth.
