Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who is ready to take their career to the next level and earn big in a role that rewards ambition, hustle, and consistent delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing a strong client pipeline, and closing deals that drive revenue growth. You will leverage your industry knowledge and existing network to develop meaningful relationships with prospects and clients, positioning our services as the go-to solution in the market.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven background in Legal services, Real Estate, or PRO services. You should have a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and the confidence to engage with clients at all levels. A self-starter attitude and the hunger to consistently perform are non-negotiable qualities for this role.

Salary:
AED 5,000 plus lucrative commission structure
