GoGlobal is looking for a hands-on and pragmatic Business Applications Lead to own its internal business applications stack across CRM, ERP and finance, HRIS, and ticketing. This is a technical leadership role for someone who understands both how the business works and how to make SaaS platforms work for it, and who can lead a small specialist team while staying close to the platforms themselves.

In this role, you will administer and evolve the core business applications portfolio, keeping each platform stable, current, and fit for how Delivery works, owning configuration, release management, and vendor relationships including roadmap, renewals, and service levels. You will capture operational requirements from across Delivery and translate them into well-scoped, well-tested application changes, and lead integrations between applications including SSO, data synchronisation, and process orchestration so information flows cleanly end to end. You will partner with the Master Data Management function on master-data flows across applications, drive user adoption through clear training, documentation, and responsive support, and ensure access controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties compliance are maintained across all platforms. As part of your remit, you will also lead automation and AI adoption across Delivery, identifying where workflows can be simplified or automated, embedding AI-assisted tools into applications and day-to-day processes, and partnering with the Automations function and delivery leaders to prioritise, build, and scale these capabilities responsibly.

The ideal candidate brings eight or more years of experience with business applications including hands-on SaaS administration and configuration of CRM, ERP and finance, HRIS, or ticketing platforms. You have strong integration and API fluency with practical experience in SSO, data sync, and process orchestration between systems, solid vendor management experience, and strong requirements-gathering skills that translate operational needs into clear, testable application changes. A solid grasp of access controls, audit trails, and segregation-of-duties compliance, excellent communication skills, and comfort working with AI-assisted tools are all essential. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Experience leading a small team of application specialists, exposure to master-data management and data-governance practices, and relevant platform certifications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or ServiceNow are all meaningful advantages.
