Role Overview:

The Vibrant Talent Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Designer to develop strong visual identities and engaging brand assets across digital and offline platforms. The role involves translating brand ideas into compelling visual concepts, maintaining brand consistency, creating marketing materials, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative work. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.

Brand Identity & Visual Design:

Develop creative concepts that align with brand identity, objectives, and target audiences. Create and maintain consistent visual styles across different brand touchpoints. Develop brand assets including layouts, graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and digital content. Ensure all creative work follows established brand guidelines.

Creative Concept Development:

Translate briefs and business requirements into clear and engaging visual concepts. Develop design directions for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Present creative ideas and explain design decisions to relevant stakeholders. Explore new visual approaches while maintaining brand consistency.

Digital & Marketing Design:

Create visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and other digital channels. Design promotional materials that communicate key messages clearly. Adapt creative concepts into different formats and platform requirements. Maintain high visual quality across all digital content.

Print & Corporate Materials:

Design brochures, presentations, flyers, banners, business materials, and other print collateral. Prepare artwork according to appropriate specifications for digital and print production. Ensure layouts, typography, imagery, and other design elements are accurate before final delivery.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain consistency in colors, typography, imagery, layouts, and overall visual language. Review creative materials to ensure they meet brand standards. Help organize and maintain brand assets and design resources. Identify inconsistencies and make appropriate design improvements.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with marketing, content, business development, and other teams. Understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Communicate clearly regarding timelines, revisions, and creative requirements. Incorporate constructive feedback while maintaining design quality.

Project & Deadline Management:

Manage multiple design projects and prioritize tasks according to business requirements. Track deadlines and ensure creative deliverables are completed on time. Organize design files and maintain efficient project workflows. Handle revisions and updates efficiently without compromising quality.

Creative Quality & Innovation:

Stay aware of current design trends, visual communication practices, and digital design standards. Introduce fresh creative ideas that support brand growth and engagement. Continuously improve design processes and creative output. Maintain a high standard of accuracy, originality, and visual presentation.
